Surprisingly found some decent ripe tomatoes at the market. That can only mean one thing. BLT time.

The tomatoes can really make a great BLT. But if you don’t have super ripe tomatoes it shouldn’t stop you because of the bacon. lol Looks great enjoy!

It is the most perfect sandwich. It’s not my favorite (though it’s up there) but the way every ingredient works together and nothing is wasted, no superfluous ingredients, it’s perfect.
